Terms and Conditions
Papers must be submitted in final and publishable form. The paper or it's content must not be presented or published elsewhere prior to this conference. An author must not submit more than 3 papers. The contents of submitted papers must not significantly overlap with the content of any paper currently under review or that will be submitted during the corresponding conference. The submitted papers must go through plagiarism checking software. Less than 30% similarity is highly appreciated. Authors should properly site their self references to avoid higher similarity score. The Technical committee retains the right to reject any papers in violation of these requirements.
All accepted papers should be registered to present the conference as well as to be included in the conference proceedings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation/refund requests must be provided in writing with registration invoice and emailed to secretary@gcstmr.org.au by 24 October 2024. An administrative fee of AUD 100 will be charged for each refund.
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to secretary@gcstmr.org.au by 24 October 2024. The registration rate difference will apply depending on the category of the new registration. All transfer requests received after 24 October 2024 will be charged an additional admin fee of AUD 100.

We do not store phone numbers and payment information. We use third party payment, like PayPal and direct bank transfer.
Use of Information:
We use the collected information for communicating with individuals, providing services, organizing events, and sending newsletters or updates. We may also use this information for internal record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
Disclosure of Information:
We do not disclose collected information to third parties.
